After moving to California from Hawaii, living at Willow Glen and Cupertino, working at Foster City and San Jose, we eventually moved to Morgan Hill in 1997 to raise our family because of its affordability factor, safety and beauty.

We bought our first home in Morgan Hill but still commuted to Santa Clara Christian School.  We then transferred our children to El Toro Elementary where they were involved in sports at the Morgan Hill YMCA. They attended full time summer Sports Camps at Live Oak High School and took music lessons at The Music Tree downtown Morgan Hill.

After a few years, we moved to Eagle Ridge, where they attended Pacific West Christian Academy where they played soccer and basketball and we attended Family Life Center which eventually changed it's name to Generations Foursquare.  Music and  bbq's at our backyard pool took up most of our summers when not on field trips with PWCA.  We would often escape the Gilroy heat to Del Monte Beach  where the kids would boogie board, or Dennis the Menace Park for picnics, walk Fishermans' Wharf, visit the Monterey Aquarium or visit their grandmother in Hawaii after she moved from Toro Park.  We would  head to the skate park before school, they continued to play sports through the Morgan Hill YMCA, took tennis lessons in Gilroy and Trevor played baseball.

They transferred to Monte Vista Christian School in Watsonville and then began taking the bus from the Platinum Theaters. They continued to play basketball, soccer and Trevor ran track.  We then moved to CordeValle and they continued at MVCS, taking the bus at San Martin Ave near Rocca's Market until we transferred them to Morgan Hill's second and new Sobrato High School.   There they continued with sports, Trevor picked up swimming and golf.   Brooke played keyboards in a band, Opposite of Grey, at downtown music festivals as well as on the worship team at GFC.  They took driving lessons from the Roadrunner in Morgan Hill and began driving. Brooke worked at The Music Tree and Trevor was a lifeguard at the Morgan Hill Aquatics Center.

Brooke attended UCLA and Trevor attended SJSU and are well on their way with their careers. Brooke as a chef and culinary consultant, Trevor as a REALTOR, co-owner of this company and working part time for Tesla Energy.

Last year we returned to Morgan Hill and are embracing this recreational town as our established roots for our family. As an alum of Leadership Morgan Hill, Class of 2016, we were exposed to even more segments of this city to enjoy as well as helping businesses getting established here. A special thanks to Edith Ramirez and John Lang with the Economic Development Committee to carefully guiding the City's growth while maintaining its beauty with art.  We have a video of the history of Guglielmo Winery on our youtube channel. Mayor Steve Tate of 8 terms, continues to mingle wherever there is a collection of people to keep a pulse on the City's activity.

Being 21 year residents of Morgan Hill, we have a lot of knowledge of areas, neighborhoods and businesses in this growing and thriving city and can help you with your real estate questions, needs and wants; both residential and commercial.

Being a part of the surrounding Silicon Valley, with San Francisco, Lake Tahoe, Monterey Peninsula and Carmel offerings; short flights or easy drives to southern California and flights to Hawaii, Morgan Hill truly is a wonderful community to live at.

Welcome to Morgan Hill--it's a wonderful place to raise a family!
